As a Digital Strategy Lead for NBS Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, executing, and refining digital marketing and web strategies across our diverse brands. This is an ideal position for a strategic thinker who can connect customer journeys with data insights, drive comprehensive digital roadmaps, and collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to produce impactful results. Your leadership will drive strategy for web properties, digital content, SEO/SEM, and performance analytics, partnering with stakeholders to enhance digital experiences that facilitate business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the digital strategy roadmap for NBS brands and web platforms. Lead cross-functional digital initiatives aligned with brand, demand generation, content, and conversion objectives. Define and execute UX and SEO strategies that align with brand content goals; ensure web analytics frameworks support informed decision-making. Write creative briefs, project plans, and estimates for digital initiatives. Create and implement scalable processes for web governance, optimization, and performance reporting. Coordinate with web, creative, and content teams to ensure a unified digital presence aligning with the digital roadmap. Manage the strategy and execution of A/B and multivariate testing to guide digital UX and content choices. Oversee programmatic media buying strategies and execution to align with campaign objectives, audience targeting, and budget management. Maintain external vendor relationships to ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of digital projects. Work collaboratively with Marketing Intelligence and AI specialists to transform web performance data into actionable insights for enhancing content and UX. Stay updated on the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Communications, UX, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years in digital strategy or marketing across multiple brands or business units. Demonstrated success in web optimization, digital campaign execution, and effective stakeholder collaboration. Experience managing programmatic media buying platforms and strategies (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP). Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore), Google Analytics (including Tag Manager & Search Console), SEO tools, and marketing automation systems. Experience working with Hubspot or comparable Marketing CRM platforms. Background in SaaS, B2B, or education technology sectors is preferred. Skills and Competencies: Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Strategic thinker with robust execution capabilities. Attention to detail and project management proficiency. A talent for translating technical capabilities into benefits for diverse audiences. Deep understanding of digital UX, SEO, and performance analytics. Familiarity with agile workflows and digital sprint planning. Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines across multiple projects.
