As a vital member of our Information Systems Department, you will play a crucial role as a Senior Enterprise Applications and Data Solutions Architect. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, develop, and maintain architecture components within our application portfolio while effectively governing associated data across our environment. Essential Functions: Assist in developing a strategic roadmap for our application and data portfolio, crafting transition plans to evolve from current to future solutions. Coordinate standardization of data across various on-premise and cloud platforms to ensure seamless operations. Identify workflow process inefficiencies and implement enhancements to boost productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Review application architecture and data integration options, providing recommendations to management for potential implementations utilizing both on-premise and cloud-hosted solutions. Act as Project Manager for new enterprise-wide applications or updates to existing applications, creating project plans that track budgets, deadlines, and team performance. Lead software testing initiatives, ensuring new software or updated versions meet quality standards. Establish and maintain test environments for enterprise applications, managing server specifications, software installations, integrations, and customizations. Create and manage testing scripts and oversee testing teams, analyzing results for continuous improvement. Oversee production environments, including server and desktop specifications, client software packaging, installations, integrations, and customizations; execute Change Management protocols. Manage Help Desk tickets related to enterprise applications, performing troubleshooting and problem management as needed. Stay updated on patches and releases related to enterprise applications, tracking resolutions, and recommending necessary updates. Engage with vendors and industry peers to stay informed on evolving standards and technologies. Additional Functions: Continually enhance your knowledge of enterprise-wide applications through ongoing training and vendor interactions. Mentor and assist Applications Analysts, Administrators, and Engineers within the team. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred. Experience:

At least ten years managing enterprise-wide applications, with a preference for experience in law firms. A minimum of five years working with cloud data analytics platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake). Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in organizing and executing projects from inception to implementation. Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, including multi-cloud integrations, ETL/ELT data movement, and data architecture (e.g., Snowflake, MS Fabric). Proficiency in data preparation and visualization with tools like Azure Data Factory and Power BI. Solid knowledge of infrastructure, servers, operating systems, and network communications. Detail-oriented and process-minded, with a strong ability to install and maintain enterprise-wide applications. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure AD, Power BI, and Azure Virtual Desktop. SQL server knowledge and scripting experience are required. Preferred certification in Microsoft 365 Enterprise. Work Environment & Physical Demands: This role operates in a standard office setting, utilizing office equipment such as computers and copying machines. It primarily involves sedentary work, requiring minimal physical exertion to move objects up to 10 pounds. Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000, varying based on experience, education, and other factors.
