As a Senior React Developer, your expertise lies in creating intuitive, scalable, and high-performing front-end experiences. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and cloud architects in a collaborative and fast-paced setting. Your strong React skills and enthusiasm for developing top-notch cloud-native applications will be key to your success.
Your Responsibilities:
Utilize Lean XP (eXtreme Programming) principles while participating in paired programming and test-driven development (TDD).
Develop modern web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and related technologies.
Collaborate with cloud-native architecture and backend teams to craft seamless user experiences.
Implement TDD and pair programming practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
Optimize applications for exceptional performance and scalability in cloud-native environments.
Integrate front-end solutions with back-end APIs and services using major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Contribute to architecture decisions, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office three days a week. The primary hiring location is Columbus, OH, but qualified candidates in Tampa, FL may also be considered.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with React.js and front-end development.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years of work experience). If you have an Associate's Degree, you must have at least 6 years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with cloud-native application development and DevOps environments.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Experience with testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Awareness of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
