Overview of Job Function:
As a Senior Solutions Architect for Artificial Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the deployment of Verint's cutting-edge solutions. Your primary focus will be to design bespoke architectures that align Verint Da Vinci AI and CX Automation technologies with our customers' strategic goals. You will work closely with sales, engineering, services, and customer teams to ensure that projects are designed and delivered successfully while building strong partnerships with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design:
Develop and implement comprehensive solution architectures for Verint products across premise, hybrid, and cloud environments. Possess a deep understanding of various IT technologies, including: Cloud computing platforms Generative AI and AI Technologies Solution Architecture Network and Security protocols Analyze customer technologies and requirements to craft technical specifications and architectures that address customer needs. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of Verint solutions with existing customer environments, such as Telephony, Data Lakes, Reporting, CRM, and more. SaaS Solutions:
Guide customers through the migration of on-premise Verint solutions to cloud environments, providing support for connectivity, security, and migration challenges. Conduct RFP/RFI evaluations and security assessments. Verint Da Vinci AI:
Partner with sales teams to promote Verint's Da Vinci AI capabilities, helping customers understand their benefits, security implications, and potential use cases. Address customer objections and provide guidance on complex AI-related topics, including security, connectivity, and data protection. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. At least 7 years of Presales Solutions Consulting experience, with a strong emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and Telephony technologies. Extensive technical knowledge of Verint products and solutions. In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, including migration strategies and security best practices. Core understanding of Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI and Large Language Models, Telephony Integrations, and infrastructure best practices. Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex technical solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time. Successful candidates will complete a background screening process.
