As a Generative AI Solutions Architect specializing in agentic systems, you will:
Design and implement autonomous AI agent architectures that orchestrate complex workflows across enterprise systems, utilizing AWS services like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and Amazon Q.
Create multi-agent ecosystems where specialized AI agents collaborate through sophisticated orchestration frameworks to solve intricate enterprise challenges.
Develop strategic technical roadmaps and implementation plans for agentic AI solutions aligning with customers' objectives and existing architecture.
Conduct performance evaluations of agent reasoning capabilities, showcasing proof-of-concepts that illustrate the transformative potential of agentic systems in business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, developers, and project managers—to integrate agentic AI solutions into current systems.
Stay up to date with advancements in agentic AI research and AWS service capabilities to continually enhance system performance and recommend optimal technology stacks.
Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders, translating them into business language that demonstrates clear value.
Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization to advance the adoption and implementation of agentic AI best practices.
A day in your role:
Review customer requirements and technical challenges, identifying opportunities for implementing transformative autonomous AI agent architectures.
Conduct business and technical enablement meetings with customers to discuss solutions for complex cloud challenges through self-examination, planning, and multi-agent collaboration.
Develop proof-of-concepts that illustrate how agentic systems can operate autonomously and achieve specific goals.
Influence service team leadership on the future needs for customers, prioritizing roadmap features and go-to-market messaging.
Engage in continuous learning about the latest advancements in agentic AI and AWS service capabilities, especially focusing on Amazon Bedrock's evolving functionalities.
Participate in knowledge-sharing activities, creating materials to aid other Solutions Architects in integrating AWS AI agent solutions into customer architectures.

Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
Proven experience in developing technology solutions and driving end-to-end technology roadmaps for IT transformations towards cloud computing.
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level engagements, training, workshops, and publications.
Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation.
Experience with large-scale automation and workflow management.
Strong background in database design and implementation.
Effective presentation and whiteboarding skills with comfort in engaging with executives, IT management, and developers.
Experience in architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
