Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift:
Days Pay:
$33.82 - $50.73/hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary: Join our team as a Clinical Behavioral Health Therapist where you will provide essential triage, assessment, and treatment services to patients and families. In this impactful role, you will assist with discharge planning, education, resources, and initiate psychiatric holds as needed. Operate as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician to make a difference in the lives of those you serve. Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, providing effective counseling techniques tailored to the needs of assigned patients. Interview and assess patients and their support systems, determining necessary services and interventions. Participate in care conferences and case reviews to monitor and evaluate patient progress. Assist with discharge planning, including identifying community resources and referral processes to ensure a smooth transition to community-based care. Utilize effective teaching methods for patient and family education, while also providing training and support for new staff and interns as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD). Other licensure or certification may be acceptable upon department leadership approval.
