Job Overview:
The Senior AI Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in the adoption of Verint's advanced solutions. This individual will design customized architectures to align Verint Da Vinci AI and CX Automation technologies with our customers' specific business goals. Collaboration with sales, services, engineering, and customer teams is crucial to ensure successful project design, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design:
Develop and implement thorough solution architectures across Verint's product offerings, catering to premise, hybrid, and full cloud deployments in the Verint Cloud Platform. Technical Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of various IT technologies, including cloud computing platforms, Generative AI, and AI technologies. Integration Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering teams for seamless integration of Verint solutions into existing customer environments, including Telephony, Data Lakes, Reporting, CRM, and more. SaaS Solutions:
Guide customers through the migration of premise-based Verint solutions to cloud environments while addressing their connectivity and security challenges. Da Vinci AI:
Partner with sales teams to highlight Verint’s Da Vinci AI capabilities and assist clients with understanding its benefits, security implications, and potential applications. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or comparable work experience. A minimum of 7 years in Presales Solutions Consulting with a significant focus on Artificial Intelligence and Telephony technologies. Strong technical knowledge of Verint products and solutions. Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including migration strategies and security best practices. Core understanding of Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI and Large Language Models, along with Telephony integrations. Proven ability to design and implement complex technical solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills. Experience interfacing with all management levels. Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time. Successful completion of a comprehensive background check. Compensation:
