Join us in Buffalo, NY, where we create a broad range of food products including cakes, icings, pizza, and specialty toppings for customers worldwide. Your expertise will be essential in helping us enhance our data management strategies and ensure our data assets are accurately maintained and protected. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the organization's data management strategy, policies, and procedures. Lead a dedicated team of data analysts and administrators, ensuring the integrity, completeness, and security of our data. Collaborate with various departments to identify their data needs and develop innovative solutions that improve data quality and accessibility. You'll also play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and implement best practices for data governance. Key Responsibilities: Master Data Governance:

Develop and enforce policies for managing procurement master data in SAP, ensuring compliance with data governance frameworks. Data Integrity and Accuracy:

Maintain high-quality master data, regularly audit and cleanse procurement records in SAP, and work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate information. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Optimize processes for data acquisition and work closely with procurement, finance, IT, and supply chain teams to align practices with business needs. System and Process Optimization:

Partner with IT and SAP administrators to enhance data workflows and implement automation tools. Training and Change Management:

Provide training on SAP master data processes and drive awareness of best practices across the organization. Analytics and Reporting:

Develop dashboards to monitor SAP procurement master data health and support procurement strategies using data analytics. Knowledge, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in master data management within SAP, specifically managing procurement-related data. Proficiency in SAP modules related to procurement and supplier management. Strong understanding of procurement processes and data management. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Compensation: In accordance with state law, the base compensation for this role is estimated to range from $113,908.77 to $170,863.16, depending on experience and skills.
