Job Summary The IT Asset Management (ITAM) Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in partnering with SHI’s clients to design impactful ITAM solutions that enhance their understanding and management of software and hardware environments. As a customer-focused leader, you will influence and guide our clients throughout their ITAM journey, maximizing the adoption of SHI's ITAM services. You will also collaborate with the Product Management team to develop and enhance ITAM services and technology, ensuring that SHI delivers world-class ITAM services. Role Description

Engage with ITAM Solutions Consultants in pre-sales activities, advising customers on SHI's ITAM capabilities. Identify upsell opportunities within existing ITAM customer accounts. Lead and deliver ITAM Consulting Services, including Audit Defense projects. Design, define, and execute complex ITAM Services, ensuring compliance with standards and stakeholder satisfaction. Provide clear, relevant updates and conclusions to customers throughout the SAM/ITAM project lifecycle. Consult on ITAM governance, operationalization, and tool selection/implementation. Create Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with client requirements and business objectives. Drive professional services revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offerings. Collaborate with various SHI stakeholder teams to create synergistic service solutions. Engage with SHI sales teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and client interaction. Contribute to the development of best practices and high-quality service standards. Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention. Demonstrate expertise in Service Delivery, providing thought leadership on technology trends and innovations. Analyze current business processes to recommend improvements reflecting industry trends. Oversee hardware and software technology evaluations, providing architecture recommendations. Intermediate ability to document and manage project specifications aligning with business objectives. Intermediate capability to design and maintain robust systems and solutions. Intermediate skills in scripting and programming for automation and software solutions. Intermediate understanding of various infrastructure components and orchestration tools. Intermediate experience in developing SOWs and enhancing professional services revenue. Intermediate experience in large-scale IT projects focused on design, deployment, and configuration. Other Requirements Completed a Bachelor's Degree or applicable work experience. Minimum of 10 years in the IT Asset Management sector. Compensation The base salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $180,000. On-target earnings (OTE), including base salary and bonus/commissions, are projected between $120,000 and $200,000.
