Highmark Health JOB SUMMARY Are you a talented application developer with a passion for Informatica technologies? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. Please note that only US citizens are eligible for this role due to contractual and access requirements. Key Responsibilities: Take the lead in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing complex application enhancements. Provide general production support, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and budgets while minimizing defects. Collaborate effectively with customers, business analysts, and technical teams to understand and satisfy business requirements. Deliver innovative technical solutions to meet complex business needs. Support release implementations, including on-call and 24x7 support as necessary. Participate actively in project teams in various roles, including Developer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and produce accurate documentation. Qualifications: Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related field. Experience: Required: 5 years of experience as a developer. Experience with Project Management tools and multiple coding languages. Preferred: Experience with Informatica IDMC, SaaS MDM, CDI & CAI, REF360, and on-premise tools such as IDQ, MDM, and PC. Experience in the Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry is a plus. Skills: Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities. This position requires on-site presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for candidates within 50 miles of the Pittsburgh or Camp Hill campuses. Otherwise, you may work fully remote. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds constantly. Travel requirements: 0% - 25%. Pay Range:
