What You'll Do...
As a Seasonal Operations Technical Specialist, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our tax offices are prepared and functioning smoothly. You'll engage in a variety of operational and technical tasks, from setting up technology to overseeing supply deliveries, all while playing a crucial role in opening, closing, and relocating offices. Working closely with field leadership, you'll ensure each office adheres to our brand standards and is ready for a successful tax season.
Day to day, you'll:
Support basic maintenance tasks including replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, HVAC vent cleaning, minor electrical work, and repairs.
Efficiently deliver supplies and materials to various tax office locations.
Assist with the seasonal setup and closing of tax offices, ensuring compliance with the planogram, installation of promotional materials, office cleanliness, and overall brand standards.
Set up and shut down PC hardware across multiple office locations, under the guidance of the District Operation Coordinator and Operations Technical Analyst.
Maintain an organized inventory of district resources.
Track and manage spare computer equipment within the district.
Document hardware issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.
Stay updated on the technical knowledge of supported products and systems.
Participate in all required training sessions and undertake additional assigned duties.
What You'll Bring to the Team...
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience:
Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Suite applications, including virtual tools.
Basic IT skills with the ability to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware.
Reliable transportation to travel among different office locations.
Ability to work independently.
Capacity to lift up to 55 pounds.
Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organization, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
A willingness to follow directions and instructions.
