We are looking for an Oracle Applications Developer to enhance our FinTech Payments team. Our team manages Oracle ERP and custom software solutions that rank among the largest globally by volume and complexity.

Optimize and build scalable, performance-driven solutions in Oracle EBS R12 and beyond.
In this role, you will:
Design, build, and extend various applications.
Support multiple applications within the Oracle e-business suite and other technologies.
Write and develop technical specifications.
Configure standard applications and create new forms and reports.
Develop interfaces both in and out of the e-business suite.
Provide end-user support for a diverse range of applications across various geographies.
Lead and mentor junior developers.
Assist with critical production issues as part of the on-call team, including after-hours support when necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, with two years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience.
At least one year of experience in solutions development for Oracle's e-business suite, using Oracle's development tools like SQL, PL/SQL, reports, forms, BI publisher, Workflow Build, and JDeveloper.
Experience with at least one Oracle e-business suite application (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement, etc.) and engaging Oracle Support for issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional programming skills in Perl and Java are beneficial.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business suite in a multiple organization and multiple set of books environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across technical and functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL best practices.
Proven track record in translating business requirements into technical specifications for scalable global solutions.
Experience in managing demands, scoping large projects, and negotiating timelines.
