About the Role: We are seeking a passionate Executive Medical Director - Neurology Translational Medicine Leader to play a pivotal role in our neurodegenerative disease initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide scientific leadership and strategic direction in the neurodegenerative disease area. Lead the Disease Area Advisory Team to effectively bridge preclinical research and clinical development. Develop causal maps of relevant pathobiology and design/manage comprehensive clinical development plans. Facilitate the successful transition of therapeutics from laboratory settings to clinical application. Utilize your strong understanding of neurodegenerative therapies to drive innovation. Qualifications: Must be a physician scientist with board qualifications in neurology. A PhD or equivalent research experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in early clinical drug development, including designing and implementing experimental medicine studies. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams. Ability to make data-driven decisions, foresee challenges, and communicate effectively at all levels.
