Job Description
This role supports the Electric division by providing high-level supervision and leadership of job site operations across large-scale industrial electrical projects. You’ll be responsible for field execution, team development, scheduling, compliance, and on-site representation. Success in this role means delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while supporting the continuous improvement and scalability of our construction operations. What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Oversee daily job site operations, planning, and scheduling across multiple project sites
Lead crews, subcontractors, and site personnel to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals
Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor with the project team
Serve as the on-site representative and primary point of contact for customers, inspectors, and regulators
Conduct daily tailgate meetings and job hazard analyses
Uphold and enforce KE’s safety program and documentation protocols
Review drawings and installation standards to guide field execution
Provide technical support, construction methods guidance, and performance coaching
Monitor timekeeping, expenses, and crew productivity
Drive job site quality, efficiency, and labor law compliance
Build three-week lookahead schedules and communicate progress to stakeholders
Mentor field leaders and support on-the-job training
Support constructability reviews, planning efforts, and project closeout
Travel regularly to support job site operations across regional states
Qualifications: Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience
Strong industrial electrical background is required
7+ years of experience in field leadership roles on complex electrical construction projects
Ability to manage multiple sites, crews, and schedules simultaneously
Confident communicator with field staff, customers, and executive leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Travel-ready with the flexibility to work overnight or extended stays as needed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
