Join us as an Application Management Specialist: Responsibilities: Lead various information technology projects. Coordinate software development activities for Oracle Fusion configurations, focusing on Revenue Cloud Management Service and Subscription Billing modules, including Sub ledger Accounting. Collaborate with Product Managers and Application Managers to spearhead initiatives in Supply Chain, Order Management, and Accounting and Finance, aiming to establish a robust enterprise subscription billing and revenue platform. Work alongside engineering teams to design and build innovative products using Meta's internal tech stack. Partner with Finance teams to outline scalable end-to-end business processes for new product developments and regional launches. Influence project roadmaps to enhance product and user experiences, promoting scalability in business processes. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making. Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and create dashboards to track performance against established goals. Engage with vendors and product teams to shape product roadmaps focused on scalability. Oversee business readiness activities, including end-user training, product testing, and roll-outs. Assist accounting, audit, and finance teams during close periods and statutory compliance audits. Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and the broader enterprise engineering organization. Coordinate and configure Fusion applications, guiding teams toward effective upstream configurations for comprehensive process scalability. Evaluate the potential impact of enterprise structure changes on overall solutions. Telecommuting Options:
Remote work is permitted within the U.S. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in related roles. Experience with Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud Service and Subscription Billing modules. Proficient in integrating solutions with supply chain modules including Order Management, Costing, or Inventory. Strong skills in Fusion data models, BIP reports, and independent SQL query writing for data analysis. Knowledge of revenue accounting processes and their integrations. Experience in designing applications, creating wireframes, and mockups. Adept at negotiating scope and engaging with business stakeholders to influence solutions. Experience in product execution, leveraging data for decision making and prioritization. Proven ability to develop business requirements and translate them into actionable product solutions. Compensation:
