Senior Solution Architect - Advanced PDM Automation

Job Summary: The Senior Solution Architect for Advanced Provider Data Management is crucial in navigating regulatory complexities and business challenges. This role involves developing new capabilities, optimizing existing solutions, and aligning business strategy with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to comprehend business objectives and gather requirements, transforming them into actionable solutions. Understand innovative data constructs applicable to provider data management. Document the architectural framework for new data solutions, detailing all inputs and processes. Lead requirements-gathering sessions to enhance process accuracy and efficiency. Partner with IT for solutioning sessions to craft technical process frameworks based on business needs. Create robust pre-deployment test plans and establish post-production validation expectations. Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to assess the performance of new solutions. Optimize change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new capabilities and processes. Create and present key metrics, performance indicators, and actionable insights to stakeholders across all organizational levels. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in solution architecture. Proficient in data analysis, project management, diagramming software, database administration, code development, and electronic file management. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field. 7-9 years of experience as a solution architect, with a strong preference for the healthcare industry.
