Insight Global is excited to announce an opening for a senior-level Kinaxis Solution Architect to join a pioneering supply chain software company in a remote role. This is an incredible opportunity to play a crucial part in guiding clients through large-scale supply chain transformation projects during both the pre-implementation and implementation phases.
As a Solution Architect, you will engage closely with sales, delivery, and client teams to create impactful, scalable solutions that match business goals and technical requirements. Your contributions will be vital to the success of our clients as you lead them through their supply chain journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients during pre-sales and discovery phases to comprehend their business needs and establish solution scope.
Lead the solution design process, from detailed blueprinting of technical requirements to overseeing successful implementation.
Act as the primary architectural lead on large-scale supply chain software deployments.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable functional and technical specifications.
Guide and mentor functional consultants and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and the technical solutions provided.
Facilitate workshops, deliver presentations on solution designs, and foster stakeholder engagement.
This role is primarily remote, but occasional travel (up to 75%) within North America and occasionally to Europe will be necessary.

Skills and Requirements:
Over 8 years of experience in supply chain software implementations.
At least 3 years in a Solution Architect role on enterprise-level transformation projects.
Deep expertise in supply chain planning solutions, particularly Kinaxis Maestro and Rapid Response.
Strong background in blueprinting technical requirements and solution mapping.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Proven history of effectively managing client-facing roles and stakeholder expectations.
Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript.
