Join Amazon as a Software Development Engineer specializing in Campaign Measurement & Optimization! Be part of a dynamic team with a mission to maximize global marketing ROI through actionable insights and measurement results. As part of the Campaign Measurement & Optimization (CMO) organization, you will contribute to our long-term goal of measuring the incremental impact of all marketing investments on consumer actions and sales across all channels. You will work alongside industry-leading experts to build state-of-the-art measurement products utilizing deep learning and big data technologies. Your Role: Lead the design and development of measurement systems at scale that estimate the incremental impact of Amazon's marketing across various business units. Work independently to address large-scale, complex problems and build scalable solutions for ingesting and standardizing marketing data from multiple sources. Develop methods to identify statistical outliers and understand their implications for ongoing marketing strategies. Write production-quality code in programming languages such as Scala, Java, or Python. Mentor and guide fellow engineers to ensure the development of effective systems. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of professional software development experience. Demonstrated ability to design and architect systems with a focus on reliability and scalability. Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and operational excellence.
