The Role We're hiring a full time Recruiter to lead internal hiring across Night's core business units-including Talent, Labs, Ventures, and Podcasts. This role is ideal for a sharp, resourceful recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to attract top talent across creative, operational, and strategic roles. You'll collaborate closely with team leads and the People function to scope, source, and fill priority roles that directly impact the future of our company.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruitment for internal roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination Partner with hiring managers to define role scopes and ideal candidate profiles across diverse verticals Build and manage pipelines for roles in talent management, creative strategy, operations, development, and more Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Night's high-touch, founder-driven culture Share regular hiring updates with internal stakeholders and contribute to evolving our recruiting best practices What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within media, entertainment, startups, or the creator economy Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort working across a variety of job families and levels Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple open roles Clear and thoughtful communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring teams Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for shaping the teams behind influential creators and companies
