Senior Business Systems Consultant

What You Can Expect: The Business Applications team at Zoom is searching for a Senior Business Systems Consultant (BSC) to support our innovative New Service Introduction (NSI) initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with Zoom's Product Managers to gather business requirements and work with various technology teams, driving solutions that enhance customer adoption. We are seeking a motivated, experienced self-starter with a proactive attitude to facilitate NSI and Commerce Enablement projects. About the Team: Our team specializes in NSI offer enablement and implementing system changes necessary to launch new products into direct, channel, and online markets. We work closely with product managers and operational teams, including sales, finance, billing, and pricing. Responsibilities: Develop cross-functional relationships as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor on new product sales and go-to-market processes, including Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing. Lead Product Launch partnerships to identify needs and gather system change requirements with Product Managers, Sales Operations, Enablement, Finance, and FP&A teams. Collect and translate cross-functional business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and process workflows. Design and deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions across CPQ, Billing, Provisioning, Accounts Receivable, and Subscription systems. Define and manage integration processes among Salesforce, Zuora, Oracle ERP, and other related platforms. Oversee the testing lifecycle, including UAT planning, issue management, and stakeholder approval, ensuring high-quality releases. Collaborate with our Engineering teams to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and actionable tasks in an agile setting. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related field. 12-15 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or solution architecture. Extensive knowledge of Lead-to-Cash, Subscription Billing, and Quote-to-Cash processes. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zuora, and/or Oracle Financials. Experience working with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and testers to drive end-to-end solutions. Familiarity with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Lucidchart. Proficiency in SQL and process modeling (UML, swim lanes, wireframes). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $124,000.00 Maximum: $271,200.00 Please note that starting pay will depend on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
