ETL Developer
Overview: Build and improve ETL processes to move data in and out of Oracle HCM Cloud. Use tools like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Informatica, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Create and manage HCM Extracts, HDL scripts, and BIP reports. Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to understand needs and deliver solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and improve performance. Make sure data is accurate, secure, and compliant. Help with system upgrades and testing. Requirements
10+ years in ETL development, with 5+ years focused on Oracle HCM Cloud. Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting (e.g., Shell, Python). Experience with Oracle HCM tools like APIs, Extracts, HDL, and BIP. Familiarity with cloud integration platforms (e.g., OIC, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft). Good understanding of HR data and processes. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have
