Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work in a team-oriented environment by picking, preparing, and palletizing finished goods for shipment. Operate forklift or other equipment as required in the movement of material within the distribution center. Complete a daily vehicle inspection report prior to operating any equipment. Responsible for the proper charging of the vehicles after use. May perform routine preventative maintenance as required. Required to complete warehouse tasks using a handheld RF scanner (picking, replenishing, and putting away items). This includes ensuring precise data entry, verifying product details, and recording serial numbers to maintain inventory integrity. Attention to detail and adherence to company procedures are essential to prevent errors and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Receive daily task from floor Supervisors/Coordinators. Load / Unload trailers and verify the accuracy of the order. Demonstrate reliability and adaptability: being available for additional hours or overtime as needed to meet demand spikes or special projects. Demonstrate ability to rapidly shift across various warehouse areas as required by business needs. For example: Transition from receiving inbounds to picking outbound orders during the same shift. Assist in training new contractors within the department, ensuring they understand warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and operational standards. At Picking, will pick product from stock verifying list number, lot number, count, etc. ensuring the order is properly processed for shipment via FedEx, LTL, or Fleet trucks. Palletize shipments after identifying specific customers and verifying orders. Attach packing list with appropriate shipment and perform cross check when appropriate. Pick, check, over pack, consolidate, and process parcel cases as necessary. Verify accuracy of shipments received, determine locations for products, and put product into available locations. Replenish pick locations based on daily report and Inventory Supervisor assignment. Perform Cycle Count duties daily and report discrepancies to Inventory Supervisor/Coordinator. Qualify in Returns department to process returns as needed and when volumes are high. Must have strong Oracle transaction knowledge for product look up, subinventory moves, receipts, replenishments and ability to run discoverer reports. Adhere to all good manufacturing practices, Food and Drug guidelines and Drug Enforcement Laws. Perform general housekeeping duties. Work in teams as designated. (i.e. Safety, 5S, Lean, etc) Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications Ability to perform basic math calculations Must have good verbal and written skills Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Current forklift certification is required; stand-up forklift preferred Motorized (electric) pallet jack certification is a plus Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred Education and Experience High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 3 years warehousing experience across 2 or more areas (eg. receiving, inventory control, shipping, or returns) Oracle experience preferred Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age Travel Requirements Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time Physical Requirements and Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear Must be able to work
