Provides technical guidance and direction to a group of I/S professionals responsible for the development, maintenance, and ongoing support of multiple computer systems or services which support business functions. Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, implementing, developing, supporting, and maintaining business systems applications. Develop employees/resources to better understand the business rationales underlying the use of technology. Participate in the definition, planning, development, implementation, and support of the IT systems in support of current and new business objectives/opportunities and strategic objectives for areas of responsibility. May assist in budget preparation for the department. May provide direction and/or supervision and oversight of work of others in the department. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or technically related field, or equivalent education/experience. Minimum of 10 years work experience. Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical field with 8 years experience is also acceptable. Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in Quadient /GMC software suite including the following modules: Designer, Interactive, Automation, Messenger, and Scaler. Experience maintaining print and composition systems, troubleshooting, and infrastructure. Advanced skills in technical solution design related to use cases in document generation, print, and fulfillment. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills. Superior problem solving skills. Ability to resolve most of the system and procedural problems of the division. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Must be a team player and able to work independently. Working Conditions: Office environment: availability to come into the office as needed (Philadelphia, PA or surrounding areas OR Cedar Rapids, IA or surrounding areas). Compensation: The salary for this position generally ranges between $140,000 - $160,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an annual bonus based on the company bonus plan/individual performance and is at the company's discretion.
