We are seeking a passionate Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge software solutions. You will be responsible for developing new features, troubleshooting complex technical issues, maintaining high-quality code, and supporting CI/CD processes. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates self-motivation and eagerness to learn about emerging technologies. Role Description: Work collaboratively to design, implement, and maintain software solutions using various programming languages and technologies. Develop and implement new software features based on functional requirements while modifying existing solutions. Utilize strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex technical issues. Show a commitment to continuous learning by exploring new technologies and industry trends. Maintain high-quality code through rigorous code reviews, testing, and debugging processes. Support CI/CD processes to ensure the stability, efficiency, security, and quality of all shipped code. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for knowledge sharing and continuous development. Adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Lead teams effectively while ensuring every member can contribute their best. Skill Level Requirements: Intermediate understanding of cloud computing technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Intermediate proficiency in scripting and programming languages for task automation. Intermediate ability to design and maintain robust systems and solutions. Intermediate skills in identifying and managing project technical needs. Intermediate proficiency in implementing DevOps practices. Intermediate proficiency in SQL for relational database management. Intermediate experience with Platforms as a Service (PaaS), preferably AWS or Azure. Intermediate skills in Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks. Intermediate proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies. Other Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience. 3-5 years of software development experience. 3-5 years of experience developing modern web applications. Advanced AWS or Azure Certification is preferred. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000, which will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
