We are looking for an inspirational Vice President of Project Management - Client Transformations to spearhead the design, execution, and leadership of our project management framework for client conversion initiatives. This executive will enhance our transition process from legacy systems to advanced, robust platforms, ensuring minimal operational disruption and optimizing system performance. Key Responsibilities: Establish a comprehensive governance framework for effective project oversight. Serve as the process owner for standardized implementation procedures. Ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience at every stage of the project lifecycle. Generate and communicate project metrics to stakeholders, assessing outcomes continuously. Lead and motivate a team of skilled project managers to achieve organizational objectives within defined budgets and timelines. Drive decision-making processes, manage competing priorities, and enhance resource allocation across multiple projects. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects. Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing effective strategies for mitigation. Recruit, develop, and oversee a high-performing project management team. Travel Requirement:
