As a key member of our global team, you will:
Manage escalated privacy and trust risk events from inception to resolution, documenting detailed case notes and providing actionable insights for all levels of the organization.
Collaborate with various teams (engineering, product, legal) to drive consensus and effectively address privacy incidents.
Oversee the execution of significant, cross-functional initiatives while balancing multiple smaller projects.
Utilize your expertise in technical investigations to inform senior leadership and guide them in decision-making processes.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of global privacy obligations and best practices, using this knowledge to enhance our internal processes.
Establish key performance metrics to track compliance and performance, ensuring transparency in our operations.
Communicate strategies, progress, and critical issues clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
