74799 Role Overview: Join our team as a Business Analyst focusing on Identity and Access Management! In this pivotal role, you will consult on, analyze, and execute complex business system analysis assignments that support our organization’s Identity and Security Access Management initiatives. You will engage with both internal and external stakeholders, providing your expertise to ensure clarity and alignment across diverse teams. Your primary focus will be on defining and documenting systems, workflows, and interconnectivity for IAM applications, helping to maintain secure and efficient access management. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with corporate security controls and Identity & Access Management (IAM) standards. Utilize structured processes to document and validate complex business requirements effectively. Develop intricate business requirements tailored to specific responsibilities. Safeguard client and company information resources from unauthorized use and potential security breaches. Identify areas for enhancements in data security policies and procedures; guide and train team members as needed. Provide advanced maintenance and support for Security Administration tools. Act as a consultant and resources for stakeholders to ensure tailored business solutions. Establish best practices and recommend improvements for current practices. Facilitate organizational changes through analysis, design, and implementation of business processes. Administer security for systems and user IDs, including account management and support for complex issues. Keep abreast of emerging trends and developments, collaborating with management for future solutions. Drive organizational initiatives by supporting change management practices. Collaborate with information security and cross-functional teams to meet security requirements and address risks. Mentor and share knowledge with junior or peer team members. Participate in on-call responsibilities to provide security support for various systems and applications. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of a degree). 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis. Experience in reviewing and analyzing multiple complex data sources. Proficiency in developing and maintaining data models with associated metadata. Understanding of application workflows and their interconnectivity. Application Deadline:
