$65-$75/hr. + Benefits package available for W2 consultants, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Key Responsibilities: Act as a vital member of the cloud team by engaging in technical challenges, conducting demos, and creating innovative solution prototypes using cloud architectures and software technologies. Participate in solutions architecture and execute hands-on engineering/full-stack development of scalable and secure distributed systems with modern software technologies and programming languages. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including user experience designers, platform engineers, product owners, and business analysts to design, build, test, and deploy high-value software products on the AWS cloud platform. Support cloud migrations, including rehosting, re-platforming, and re-architecting systems/applications and datasets into multi- and hybrid cloud platforms. Experience Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. At least 5 years of experience in full-stack application development. A minimum of 3 years of experience with cloud applications development, particularly on the AWS platform. Ability to work autonomously while mentoring and supporting team members in solving complex technical problems. Proficient in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in implementing software products efficiently. Technical Skills: Experience with a range of technologies, including VueJS, JavaScript, Python, Django, Flask, Docker, EKS/Kubernetes, AWS Step Functions, Event Bridge, AWS Lambda, and AWS API Gateway. Familiarity with database services like Amazon RDS for Postgres and MongoDB. Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines and collaborating within a DevSecOps environment. AWS Certification as a Solutions Architect is highly desirable.
