About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Solutions Architect to spearhead the design, scoping, and delivery of complex, scalable technology solutions within Digital Transformation, Data, Cloud, and DevOps projects. In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients, delivery teams, and leadership to architect modern data and digital platforms, shape technical strategies, and ensure excellent project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement advanced data platforms utilizing technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, and Spark.
Design and optimize data pipelines, analytics solutions, and business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Lead AI/ML and data governance initiatives across various industries.
Define and build cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure) that support digital transformation projects.
Design and implement automation frameworks and business applications tailored to client needs.
Contribute to cloud migration strategies, enterprise modernization, and DevOps automation, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
Engage closely with clients to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Work alongside Managing Directors and Directors to align technology strategies with business goals.
Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle to promote successful outcomes.
Collaborate with business development teams to recognize technology opportunities, shape solutions, and assist in proposal development.
Produce Statements of Work (SOWs), technical documentation, and client presentations.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technology consulting, or systems integration roles.
Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Deep technical expertise in data engineering, data modeling, and the modern data stack.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform).
Proven ability to estimate, scope, and lead complex technical project deliveries.
Capability to engage with clients directly, facilitate workshops, and influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to engage in direct client interactions, including travel to client locations.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical certifications in relevant platforms or disciplines.
Understanding of healthcare-specific regulations and data standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7).
Experience with additional data visualization tools or cloud-based data platforms.
This position is based in Chicago, IL, and candidates should be flexible to work from our Chicago office as needed.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $210,000, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. This range reflects a competitive total compensation package along with extensive employer-paid benefits and incentive pay for eligible roles.
