Software Applications Specialist Job Description: What You Will Be Doing: Design and develop innovative software solutions to fulfill dynamic business requirements. Manage the complete software development life cycle including testing, implementation, and auditing processes. Participate in product design, conduct bug verification, and provide beta support, requiring thorough research and analysis. Operate with moderate supervision while typically reporting to the Software Development Manager.

Execute, evaluate, and troubleshoot various software programs and applications. Analyze software errors and make timely, accurate amendments to enhance performance.

Engage in coding, development, and thorough documentation of software specifications throughout the project life cycle. Participate in mandatory software upgrades, revisions, fixes, and vendor-specified patches.

What We Are Looking For: 5-7 years of relevant experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent practical experience.

Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the field.

Ability to solve complex problems and adopt new perspectives using established solutions.

Capability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

$84,500.00 - $122,760.00 Actual compensation offers may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentives will be finalized at the time of the offer. Location:
