In this role, you will:
Drive AI Innovation:
Create AI solutions using Python, computer vision, and generative models like LLMs and diffusion models while ensuring responsible development aligned with our ethical standards. Design Agentic AI Systems:
Construct autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen to enhance decision-making in healthcare. Collaborate Across the Enterprise:
Integrate AI into Humana's workflows and partner with business teams to co-create effective solutions, especially around generative AI. Enhance MLOps & DevOps Practices:
Work closely with engineering and product teams to implement best practices for AI model deployment and maintenance. Lead Complex ML Model Development:
Oversee the design, development, and performance monitoring of advanced machine learning algorithms. Qualifications: Master's Degree with 5+ years of experience in applied research or ML engineering, focusing on production-ready AI solutions. 2+ years of leadership experience in AI/ML systems development. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis/machine learning frameworks like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Experience with high-performance, large-scale ML systems, language modeling with transformers, and reinforcement learning.
