Together, we are UNSTOPPABLE! The Senior Data Architect is a pivotal role that leads our business initiatives through insightful analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. In this position, you will craft innovative, customer-centric solutions that leverage data insights, business knowledge, creativity, and effective communication skills. You will oversee the design and development of reporting frameworks and interfaces, while managing standardized reports for cross-functional use. Your findings and insights will be presented using compelling data visualizations tailored for diverse audiences, including technology, business, finance, and leadership teams. Responsibilities: Conduct industry research and stay updated on emerging trends in Information Architecture. Engage in strategic, regulatory, and tactical Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects. Unify and harmonize data definitions across the enterprise, specifying data designs like semantic models and taxonomies. Maintain an enterprise-wide view of data systems and identify opportunities for enhancement. Architect and develop data models focusing on Business Intelligence and Information Management. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. 4-7 years of experience with enterprise-level databases, particularly Teradata. Expertise in identifying effective automated solutions for executive decision-making. Experience with Canvas and Model Driven Apps is essential. Solid understanding of DAX language for advanced calculations in Power Apps. Proficient in SQL for database management, data querying, and operations. Expert knowledge of ETL processes for effective data integration. Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and cloud technologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with JSON for data interchange. Skills in query tuning for database performance enhancements. Familiarity with Jira data structures. This position is based in Overland Park, KS or Bellevue, WA and is not remote; it requires 3 days of in-office presence per week. Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $99,800 - $180,000, with a corporate bonus target of 15%. Actual pay will be based on various factors including qualifications and experience.
