Join our dynamic team as an Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) Database Developer, where you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative EBI solutions. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data while working closely with end users to provide insightful reports and predictive analytics. Responsibilities:

As an integral part of our organization, your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, and maintaining the EBI database, applications, and reporting systems while diagnosing and resolving any technical or data-related issues. Monitoring end-user reporting tools to guarantee timely, accurate, and reliable reporting mechanisms. Creating BusinessObjects (BO) Universes, reports, report templates, and analytic environments tailored to meet business and technical needs. Collaborating with end users to gather, define, and document data requirements that influence database designs, data extraction, analysis, and cleansing initiatives. Ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in reports and their underlying data sources. Maintaining and enhancing our business intelligence data backend, including data warehouses. Contributing to the design of robust data models encompassing entity-relationship-attribute models, along with guiding the practical application of these models. Implementing strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and enterprise-level database enhancements. Supporting day-to-day predictive analytical operations within a collaborative team environment. Providing production support for data warehousing processes. Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Master's preferred), MIS, or a related field, coupled with seven (7) or more years of relevant technical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge and skills in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level data systems such as cloud-based Native HANA, SQL Server 12, or Oracle 11g. Proficiency in SQL Server and SAP Native HANA modeling, data provisioning, and reporting. Experience with advanced SQL techniques, including managing complex stored procedures, triggers, and indexes. Adeptness with reporting tools like SAP BusinessObjects Suite and Tableau, covering full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) reporting. Ability to build BO Universes, dashboards, and scorecards effectively. In-depth knowledge of relational database design, logical data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with ETL concepts and development methodologies, including OLTP, OLAP, Star Schema, KPIs, Fact and Dimension tables, and various data modeling approaches. Experience with ETL development using SAP Data Services and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Strong analytical abilities with a consultative approach to resolving complex issues. Knowledge of predictive analytics using Python or related tools. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work autonomously while building cooperative relationships. A flexibility to support ad hoc requests and be available for off-hours support as needed. Physical Requirements:
