The Lead Application Architect is responsible for: Leading the technical design and architecture of enterprise applications, focusing on Salesforce Health Cloud and its capabilities. Developing specifications and standards for new products, services, and application features. Ensuring seamless integration and compatibility of applications across the organization within healthcare-focused environments. Providing expert guidance on best practices for Salesforce Health Cloud implementation, customization, and integration. Collaborating with stakeholders to align with departmental and organizational technology strategies. Evaluating and recommending emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities and consumer experience. Mentoring and providing technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards. Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features, releases, and industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of experience as a senior developer or architect in large-scale IT projects. Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud Platform. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Experience with Salesforce AI technologies. Salesforce certifications relevant to Health Cloud and/or system architecture. Strong commitment to improving consumer experiences in healthcare. Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance frameworks. This position allows for remote work, with occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings. All employees must have high-speed internet access and maintain a dedicated work space to protect member information. Compensation:
