Secret Purpose:

We are seeking a talented Senior SharePoint Solutions Developer to implement, enhance, sustain, and migrate SharePoint Cloud-based and On-Premises solutions using a variety of tools. Your expertise will allow us to support customer requirements on NIPRNET and SIPRNET networks. Our ideal candidate will create information portals, workflows, dashboards, and other products tailored to customer needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing SharePoint design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance support services. Developing software solutions based on thorough requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration. Executing software designs using established development fundamentals and processes, followed by debugging, testing, and deployment. Working within an Agile SDLC framework. Designing and maintaining key components of the software suite utilizing SharePoint Server 2013/2016. Client-side web part development using the SharePoint Framework and JavaScript frameworks and tools such as TypeScript. Implementing SharePoint-based workflows and developing Business Intelligence dashboards. Documenting and demonstrating solutions through clear documentation, diagrams, and code comments. Creating Proof of Concept examples and maintaining product test software and demos. Participating actively in Product Design Reviews, contributing creative and practical ideas in a teamwork environment. Knowledge and Experience Required: Active SECRET clearance. 5+ years in communications and problem-solving. A minimum of 3+ years of experience with SharePoint/Microsoft 365. Experience with comprehensive Software Development Life Cycle, including SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, and Lean. Expert knowledge of SharePoint 2016, 2019, SharePoint Online, and the complete M365 application suite, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. Hands-on experience with architecting SharePoint 2019 farms and managing migrations from SharePoint 2016. Proficiency in SharePoint Development, creating custom forms, workflows, and web parts. Experience in writing or editing CSS and HTML code. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
