Your primary role will be to deliver premium software support and services to Ensono’s mainframe clients regarding CICS. This position reports to the Manager of MF Programming. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently fulfill customer service orders (CSOs) for z/OS customers related to CICS TS and related software products. Provide primary support for issues related to CICS TS and other OEM software products. Be part of a 24/7 support team across multiple time zones. Follow best practices for the installation and maintenance of OEM software efficiently. Collaborate with other teams to prepare customer systems for scheduled operating system upgrades annually. Assist in customer migration services and manage technical challenges during the transition process. Work alongside Disaster Recovery Services to execute customer disaster recovery plans. Manage schedules effectively to ensure timely implementations. Adhere to ITSM change control procedures, including vendor product fixes and enhancements. What We’re Looking For: To set our Associates up for success, we require all candidates to meet the required qualifications. Candidates who may meet most but not all qualifications are still encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Over 5 years of practical experience on the zSeries (mainframe) platform, especially in CICS TS and OEM product support. Extensive knowledge of CICS TS capabilities, installation, and tailoring. Strong competence with IBMs SMP/E. Excellent analytical skills and understanding of CICS TS concepts and configurations. Familiarity with performance monitoring products for CICS TS regions. Preferred Qualifications: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Proven ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously. Why Choose Ensono?
