Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your problem-solving skills to collaborate with innovative creative and technical teams, thinking big to simplify and overcome challenges. Develop solutions that deliver novel customer experiences. Work alongside various teams within Amazon to enhance and optimize ad products, leveraging the vast scale and reach of our platform. Employ your technical expertise, organizational skills, and communication abilities to tackle complex and ambiguous problems. Guide and mentor fellow Software Development Engineers within the team. Maintain a high-quality standard by ensuring thorough design reviews and implementing robust engineering practices, including automated testing and code coverage. Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience (non-internship). At least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability. Proficiency in programming with at least one software language. Preferred Qualifications:

Over 3 years of experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operational aspects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year to $223,600/year, depending on the geographical market, knowledge, skills, and experience.
