Jr levels Duration: 6+ Months Type: Contract with option to hire, with potential for 80% remote work Location: Must be local to Michigan/Northern Ohio/Ontario or willing to relocate Eligibility: Need GC and USC The ideal candidate is a multi-talented individual capable of developing and designing in-depth Rails applications, managing daily and long-term priorities, and overseeing the lifecycle of deployed Rails-based applications. The role requires solid experience with integrated databases, excellent analytical skills, and fluency with Linux. Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for interacting with non-technical team members and clients. The position will evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific client-driven applications, requiring analytical decision-making regarding business rules and module design to meet client needs while ensuring full integration and functionality.
