You will collaborate closely with both technical and business leaders within our customer organizations, understanding their objectives and challenges to create optimal cloud-based solutions that spur innovation and shorten the time-to-market for their products. Key Responsibilities: Engage with startup customers to discern their technical needs, business goals, and growth strategies, architecting AWS-based solutions that align with their aspirations. Facilitate technical discussions, share best practices, and guide startups on AWS architecture and solutions to achieve scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to deliver comprehensive solutions that address the unique needs of startups. Design and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) and reference architectures to highlight the advantages of AWS services and their potential impact on customer success. Stay informed about AWS services, industry trends, and best practices; share insights with the team to fuel continuous improvement and innovation. Participate in workshops, webinars, and events to promote AWS solutions for startups, contributing to the expansion of the AWS startup ecosystem. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in application and infrastructure. 4+ years in specialized technology domains (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in software development or Internet-related industries. Experience in migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud. Understanding AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective. Experience in highly regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, fintech, web3). Amazon is an equal opportunity employer. Compensation depends on several factors, with a base pay ranging from $118,200 to $204,300, based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
