About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Preconstruction Services to spearhead our preconstruction efforts specifically focused on mechanical and plumbing services. In this vital leadership position, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are thoroughly planned, cost-effective, and aligned with our corporate mission. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the preconstruction team to produce detailed cost analyses. Oversee constructability and value engineering efforts. Foster open lines of communication with all project stakeholders. Mentor and develop team members. Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) effectively. Lead project interviews and contract negotiations. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following: A minimum of 10 years’ experience in mechanical and plumbing preconstruction, estimating, or related fields. A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management tools. Strong leadership skills with a solid understanding of industry practices. Experience with large-scale projects, particularly in data centers, semiconductor, and healthcare facilities.
