Qualifications: 5+ years of professional front-end development experience. Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards. Experience with React-Redux for state management. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with full-stack development, especially Java and Spring Boot. Proficiency in TypeScript.
