Rental Coordinator - General Line
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Rental Coordinator - General Line to support the rental activities for construction equipment and coordinate rental details to and through other Ziegler departments and customers. Responsibilities include creating rental agreements, coordinating equipment deliveries and returns, assisting rental preparations with service, providing accurate and timely customer invoices, developing a knowledge base of rental fleet equipment and rental applications, completing required administrative reporting requirements, updating equipment status, work order status, and yard status, working closely with the Rental Sales Team in an effort to deliver excellent customer service and value, working in a cooperative manner with team and superiors, assisting with after-hours, on-call responsibilities, answering incoming calls from Sales Reps, vendors, or customers, following up with Sales Reps via phone and other interactions, answering calls from Ziegler Rental call center, and developing expertise with Ziegler's rental software tools. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; 2 or 4 year degree preferred. Personal attributes include attention to detail, commitment/dependability, customer focus, efficiency, planning and organization. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of heavy or agricultural equipment preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Minimum physical requirements include walking, talking, and hearing. Working conditions may be both indoor and outdoor; noise level may be moderate at times. The total compensation (hourly pay plus incentive) for this position is $24.00 to $29.76. Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, and education.
