A well-established, multi-specialty dental practice in Gaithersburg, Maryland is seeking a personable, motivated, and experienced
Pediatric Dentist
to join their dynamic team part-time. The position offers a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a steady flow of patients and a supportive clinical team. About the Practice Serving the local community since 2011 with a strong reputation for comprehensive and family-centered care.
Large, modern facility with 22 operatories, 9 general dentists, 4 hygienists, and in-house specialists including Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry.
Active and growing patient base with 10,500+ patients and an average of 120–150 new patients per month.
Patient mix: 80% PPO / 20% FFS.
Current part-time schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM .
This practice is affiliated with a leading DSO that supports dental teams across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. The group emphasizes clinical autonomy while offering resources in operations, marketing, HR, and continuing education. Providers benefit from a stable support system and opportunities for mentorship and professional growth within a collaborative network of peers. Ideal Candidate DDS/DMD with an active Maryland dental license in good standing.
Completed an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency.
Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in pediatric dentistry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, confident chairside manner.
Comfortable and proficient in all aspects of pediatric care.
Committed to continued learning and excellence in patient care.
Compensation & Benefits W-2 employment status.
Strong minimum guarantee + percentage of collections.
