About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Early Preschool Teacher to join our team and care for children aged 2 to 3 years. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a co-teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. You'll support each child's individual growth through engaging activities, thoughtful interactions, and consistent routines that encourage learning and social-emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, responsive classroom that supports social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning space
What We're Looking For
- Completion of at least 12 semester or 18 quarter units in Early Childhood Education (ECE), including coursework in child development, family/community, and curriculum/program
- A bachelor's degree in child development is preferred
- Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and working with young children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Previous experience working with preschool-age children is preferred
