Located in the scenic coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel offers an ideal seaside escape. The hotel features 18 luxurious bedrooms, many with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can enjoy dining at the Quarterdeck restaurant or relax at the Boathouse bar, which offers a terrace and garden with stunning sea views.
As a brand ambassador, you will foster an inclusive culture, leading and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service consistently. With support from your Operations Manager, you will aim to meet key business objectives, drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure overall success.
