- Experience working with hardware systems in a laboratory or industrial setting (e.g., robotics, motor controllers, etc.).
- Experience with photography or imaging equipment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$176,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range depends on work location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and launch internal tools for our Digitization Services.
- Maintain existing tools and hardware infrastructure in book scanning operations and collaborate with regional technicians.
- Develop internal databases, reports, and tools to support operations.
- Analyze work processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with a global team of support engineers, software developers, and operations staff on various projects beyond book scanning.
