About The Role

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Vice President of Demand Generation to lead our global campaigns and acquisition marketing efforts. This person will be responsible for driving new pipeline, accelerating existing pipeline, and optimizing the marketing funnel across integrated programs. The ideal candidate has deep experience in scaling demand generation programs for B2B technology companies, strong alignment with sales, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline generation, with accountability for performance across segments and channels. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality leads that convert—and for identifying and closing the gaps when they don't.
  • Build and execute a data-driven, full-funnel demand generation strategy, including acquisition, expansion, and migration. Your campaigns will span digital, email, paid media, ABM, and events—each aligned to buyer journeys and bookings targets.
  • Continuously optimize the channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign tactics based on performance data, with a relentless focus on pipeline efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead marketing operations and performance infrastructure, ensuring scalable processes, accurate attribution, and real-time visibility into marketing effectiveness.
  • Support customer lifecycle marketing—including retention, upsell, and advocacy—in close collaboration with Customer Success and Product Marketing.
  • Own and evolve the marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are integrated, adopted, and delivering value across the funnel.
  • Analyze, synthesize, and act on campaign and pipeline performance data, delivering regular insights on what's working, what's not, and what to do next.
  • Align closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps to ensure a unified GTM motion, shared targets, and seamless handoffs across the funnel.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to build alignment and optimize the handoff and follow-up of leads.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using attribution, performance dashboards, and ROI analysis to guide strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, digital marketing, and campaign orchestration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage agency relationships, and scale global programs.
  • Proven success driving pipeline growth and marketing-sourced revenue at scale.
