Company Established regional contractor with a busy and growing office covering all areas of London and the South East region. They have the benefit of working with long-term clients due to the quality of work and professionalism of the company. Projects are long-term Property Services framework schemes, planned and reactive maintenance. The company has been awarded new projects from a key client and requires an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the site delivery teams. Role You will be managing residential refurbishment and maintenance projects. Internal and external maintenance, decent homes refurbishment schemes. You will have full responsibility for all projects within the region. Directing multiple site teams, managing 3-4 projects. Working closely with the commercial team. Liaising with the client and consultants involved in the project. Programming works. Ensuring health and safety is adhered to in line with company policy. Person Specification You must have successfully delivered multiple projects. Have excellent communication skills and a proven history of developing long-term client relations. Experience with a reputable contractor. Financially aware. Organised with relevant paperwork and documentation. Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
