What You Will Be DoingConduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver hands-on therapy and guide patients through exercises and functional activitiesEducate and motivate patients and families on recovery strategiesAdminister treatments including massage, traction, and therapeutic modalitiesSupervise therapy aides and assistants during patient careMonitor and document patient progress using EHR systemsDesign home exercise programs to support long-term recovery Skills You NeedBachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred)Current or eligible Physical Therapy license in ConnecticutAt least one year of clinical experience (preferred)Strong communication and patient engagement skillsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
