This position offers 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact during night hours. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality patient care and support to various patient populations.- Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC charting systems.- Manage patient care for various medical conditions and ensure adherence to treatment plans.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.- Float between units as necessary to meet staffing needs. Job Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with previous charge experience preferred.- Valid New York State nursing license required in hand at the time of submission.- Experience with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems is mandatory.- Candidates should be located more than 75 miles from the facility to be considered.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage patient ratios efficiently.- Previous experience in LTAC, trauma level I or II facilities is a plus, but not mandatory. Additional Information: - The facility supports an average daily census with diverse patient diagnoses, and you may be required to float to different units.- Pre-approved time off is offered, and orientation hours will be provided as necessary.
